Work From Home Policy

    WFH is permitted after successful completion of the 90-day probation period.

  • Frequency

    Employees may work from home up to once per month, provided the request is approved in advance by their Reporting Manager.

  • Working Hours

    Employees must remain available and accessible during 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.

    Employees must be reachable through Teams, phone calls, and email during working hours.
